Spacious 1 bed/1 bath apt in Santa Clara w/patio

The place is brand new and really super clean. Plenty of supplies like TP, etc. well stocked kitchen with a few basics. Really nice all over. The complaints I have is SCENT related. The towels (especially) reek of laundry detergent scent - really strong and terrible. They should switch to unscented skin friendly detergents and avoid the STINKY ones. Only other complaint is the shower. I”m 4 ft 11 inches and I could not reach the hand held in the shower. My husband had to get it for me. Also no handles, nothing to hold on to in order to get in the really high tub. No bath mat rubber to put down. Just nothing to hold on to getting in our out of it. Really easy to slip and fall. So that in combination with the stink on the towels i only did it 2x vs. daily. Place is not friendly to dogs. The owners used just about all their property for the ADU unit. Nothing to take my pup out on to potty. I had to leave the property to walk my pup and i have a broken bone in my foot so not able to walk far in the boot. Hopefully they will address these things. Bed was very comfortable.
