Cozy Apt Near Dolores Park & Mission

It is a basement. The windows in pictures are misleading. Only one window looks outdoors and it’s to see people’s feet walking by outdoors. The mattress is an awful coil spring hard mattress. To get reprieve, had to have a foam pad instacarted from target. The neighbor upstairs blasts tv until midnight every night. The kitchen counter had sticky residue marks on it. The bathroom needs an area where guest can set toiletries. The sink is just a pedestal sink. 2 towels were given for 2 people for 4 days. The towels don’t dry after use because they are in a dark basement. Could be a little more generous with the towels.

The location is fantastic, this was a perfect place to crash after a day of exploring the city. Just know the walls are a thin, so you can hear the owners above but quiet hours are observed.
