We have stayed at this property before, and it is very convenient to the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood. The only negative experience was a miscommunication with someone who co-manages the property with the host. The co-manager responded impatiently and inappropriately to the issue. The host promptly resolved the issue. A very good property in a great location in Oakland. Host is very responsive.

The bed was comfortable and the unit is near Piedmont Gardens/Piedmont Ave, which is what we needed.There is a little street noise at night. The bathroom is tiny and the shower head is extremely low. Luggage racks would be helpful. Spider webs need to be removed, both inside the unit and outside the entrance. Be prepared for somewhat rickety stairs up to the door.
